Almond and Dijon Tilapia

1 cup Water
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2/3 cup sliced Almonds
4 Tilapia Fillets
¼ tsp Pepper

How to Cook:

Pour the water into the Instant Pot.
Mix together the mustard, oil, and pepper.
Slightly coat over the tilapia fillets.
Line the tilapia with almond slices and place on the rack.
Shut and secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to MANUAL.
Cook on High for 5 minutes.
Release the pressure using the quick release method.
