Almond Flour Breakfast Bread

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ cup Oat Fiber
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • 1 tbsp. Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 2 ½ cups Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 6 ounces Yogurt
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 6 tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 6 tbsp. Milk  
  • How to Cook:
    1. Pour the water into the Instant Pot and put the trivet into the Instant Pot.
    2. Mix the dry ingredients in one bow, and whisk the wet ones in another.
    3. Tenderly mix the two mixtures.
    4. Oil-coat loaf pan that can fit into the Instant Pot, with cooking spray.
    5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
    6. Put the pan inside the Instant Pot and shut and secure the lid.
    7. Switch the Instant Pot to “High” and cook for 30 minutes.
    8. Depressurize quickly.
    9. Your dish is ready! Have fun!
