Almond Flour Breakfast Bread

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Whey Protein Powder
- ½ cup Oat Fiber
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 ½ cups Water
- 1 tbsp. Erythritol
- 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 2 ½ cups Almond Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 Eggs
- 6 ounces Yogurt
- Pinch of Salt
- 6 tbsp. Butter, softened
- 6 tbsp. Milk
- Pour the water into the Instant Pot and put the trivet into the Instant Pot.
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bow, and whisk the wet ones in another.
- Tenderly mix the two mixtures.
- Oil-coat loaf pan that can fit into the Instant Pot, with cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
- Put the pan inside the Instant Pot and shut and secure the lid.
- Switch the Instant Pot to “High” and cook for 30 minutes.
- Depressurize quickly.
- Your dish is ready! Have fun!
