Asian Chicken Thighs

Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups Water
- 1 ½ tsp minced Ginger
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 tbsp. Sweetener
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/3 cup White Wine
- 3 tbsp. chopped Scallions
- 3 tbsp. Scallions
- 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
How to Cook:
- Put in the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Bring the sauce to a boil and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Switch the Instant Pot to “High” and cook for 5 minutes.
- Release the pressure using the quick release method and set the Instant Pot to “Sauté” mode.
- Switch the Instant Pot to “Sauté” mode and heat the oil.
- In the mean time, whisk together the rest of the ingredients in a container.
- Pour over the chicken and shut and secure the lid.
- Your dish is ready! Have fun!
- Set the cooking mode to MANUAL.
