Asian Chicken Thighs

Yield: 6 Servings  
Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • 1 ½ tsp minced Ginger
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp. Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/3 cup White Wine
  • 3 tbsp. chopped Scallions
  • 3 tbsp. Scallions
  • 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 6 Chicken Thighs
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce  

How to Cook:
  1. Put in the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. Bring the sauce to a boil and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Switch the Instant Pot to “High” and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Release the pressure using the quick release method and set the Instant Pot to “Sauté” mode.
  5. Switch the Instant Pot to “Sauté” mode and heat the oil.
  6. In the mean time, whisk together the rest of the ingredients in a container.
  7. Pour over the chicken and shut and secure the lid.
  8. Your dish is ready! Have fun!
  9. Set the cooking mode to MANUAL.
