Bacon Shrimps - Seafood Recipe

Bacon Shrimps
Aggregate Time to Prepare: 20 Minutes

Yield: 5 Servings 


1 lb shrimps, peeled and deveined
10 slices bacon, chopped
2 small onions, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, crushed
5 cups fish stock
6 tbsp butter, unsalted 


1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/8 tsp lemon pepper
¼ tsp chili powder 

How to Cook:

Melt the butter and heat up on the ‘’Sauté’’ mode. Put in onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
After that put in garlic and cook for one additional minute. Push the ‘’Cancel’’ button and put in the rest of the ingredients.
Stir thoroughly and shut and secure the lid. Set the steam release handle and switch to ‘’Manual’ mode.
Turn the timer to 7 minutes on high pressure.
When finished, depressurize using the natural release method and open the lid.
Serve instantly.
