Caramelized Tilapia - Seafood Recipe

Caramelized Tilapia
Aggregate Time to Prepare: 55 Minutes

Yield: 4 Servings 


1 pound tilapia Fillets
1 Red Chili, minced
1 Spring Onion, minced
1/3 cup Water
3 tbsp. Fish Sauce
3 tsp minced Garlic
¼ cup Granulated Sweetener
¾ cup Coconut Water
Salt and Pepper, to taste 

How to Cook:

In a container, mix the fish sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Put the tilapia inside and mix to coat.
Cover and let sit in the fridge  for 30 minutes.
In the mean time, mix the water and sweetener in the Instant Pot.
Cook using the “Sauté” mode until caramelized.
Put in fish and pour the coconut water over.
Shut and secure the lid and cook on HIGH for 10 minutes.
Release the pressure using the quick release method.
Top the fish with spring onion and chili.
