breakfast! Adding the blended fruits gives this recipe a lift and finished off
this dish perfectly.

INGREDIENTS
25g (1oz) Strawberries 25g (1oz)
Raspberries 25g (1oz) Blueberries 1 tbsp Water
50g (1 3/4oz) Porridge Oats 100ml
(1/2cup) Oat Milk 100ml (1/2cup) Water
15g (1/2oz) Banana Vegan Protein
Powder
(you can use other
flavours)
A Pinch of Salt
10g (1/4oz) Flaked Almonds

HOW
TO COOK IT
Add the f irst 4 ingredients into
a blender and blend until smooth. Once done put to one side.
Add the oats, oat milk and water
into a saucepan and cook over a medium heat until the mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat and add the
protein powder and salt, mix well. If the mixture becomes too thick, add a
splash of oat milk or water.
Add to a bowl and pour the blended
fruit mixture over the top and finish with a sprinkle of flaked almonds..
